Who it's for: Anyone communicating through CareLinkAI — families talking to homes and caregivers, operators replying to leads, providers responding to inquiries.

30-second summary

Open **Messages** to see all your conversations in one inbox. Pick a conversation to read and reply, search to find an old thread, or start a fresh one with **New message**.

    Sign in and open Messages (in the left menu, or Residents & Family → Messages for families).

    Your conversations list on the left shows each contact, the latest message preview, and the date. Unread threads are marked.

  3. 3

    Click a conversation to open it on the right, read the full history, and type your reply at the bottom.

  4. 4

    Use Search messages to find a thread by name or keyword.

  5. 5

    Click New message to start a conversation with a new contact.

💡 Tips

  • Replies to your inquiries and tour requests land here, so check Messages after reaching out to a home.
  • Keep care decisions and quotes in Messages so there's a written record; store sensitive documents in the Family Portal's Documents tab instead.
  • The "Select a conversation" panel on the right is just a prompt — click any thread on the left to begin.
