Sign in and open Residents & Family → Family. The header reads "Family Portal — Stay connected with your loved one's care journey."

Use the tabs across the top to move between sections:

To add a document, click Upload Document, choose the file, and it appears in Documents and on the Activity timeline.

To give a relative access, open Members → Invite Member and assign a role; each role carries its own permissions (shown under Role Permissions).

- The Activity timeline doubles as an audit trail — you can see who uploaded what and when.
- Sensitive files (medical records, insurance) belong in Documents, where they're stored securely — not in chat.
- Use Members roles to give siblings or a power-of-attorney the right level of access without handing over your login.
