📅 Schedule a Tour
Who it's for: Families who want to visit a community in person (or virtually) before making a decision.
30-second summary
On any listing, click **Schedule a Tour**, pick a preferred date and time, submit the request, and track it under My Tours. The home confirms and you'll see the status update from Pending to confirmed.

Sign in and open the listing page for the home you want to visit.

In the "Interested in [Home]?" panel, click Schedule a Tour.

Provide your contact details if prompted, then the Schedule Your Tour step appears with:

Click Submit Request. (Use Back if you need to fix your details first.)

View and manage everything under Leads & Inquiries → My Tours. Tabs show All Tours / Upcoming / Past, and each tour card lists the home, address, requested time slot(s), and a status badge (Pending until the home confirms). From here you can View Details or Cancel Tour.
💡 Tips
- You can request more than one time slot to give the home options.
- Tour tips on the page remind you to arrive 10–15 minutes early and bring a list of questions.
- Pending means the request is in — the home will confirm the slot that works for them.
