Open any listing, click **Send Inquiry**, fill in your contact details, who the care is for, your move-in timeframe, and the care services you need, then submit. The home receives it instantly and it shows up in your inquiry tracker.

Sign in and open a listing page for the home you're interested in.

In the "Interested in [Home]?" panel, click Send Inquiry. A contact form titled "Contact [Home]" slides in.

Fill in the form:

Click Send / Submit Request. You'll get a confirmation, and the home's team is notified right away.

Track the status anytime under Leads & Inquiries → My Inquiries. Each inquiry shows the home, your contact info, the inquiry date, current status (e.g., New), and the next action the home should take.
💡 Tips
- "Contact us" pricing means the home quotes based on care needs — an inquiry is the fastest way to get a real number.
- There's no obligation or fee to inquire. You can reach out to several homes and compare responses.
- After a home replies, the conversation continues in Messages.
