Tap the heart on any home to save it, switch on Compare to evaluate two or more side-by-side, then review everything you've shortlisted under My Favorites — organized by Homes, Caregivers, Providers, and Jobs.
Send an Inquiry to a Care Home
Open any listing, click **Send Inquiry**, fill in your contact details, who the care is for, your move-in timeframe, and the care services you need, then submit. The home receives it instantly and it shows up in your inquiry tracker.
Schedule a Tour
On any listing, click **Schedule a Tour**, pick a preferred date and time, submit the request, and track it under My Tours. The home confirms and you'll see the status update from Pending to confirmed.
Use AI Match to Find Your Best Homes
Open AI Match, answer a short 4-step questionnaire (budget & care level, medical conditions, lifestyle preferences, location & timeline), and CareLinkAI returns your **Top 4 Matches** — each with a match score, a category-by-category breakdown, and a plain-English explanation of *why* it fits.
Use the Family Portal
The Family Portal (**Residents & Family → Family**) is your loved one's care hub. Upload and store documents, follow a running activity timeline, share photos, keep notes, message the care team, manage who has access, view billing, and store emergency info.
